Made a call to Kent at 8.00 am & technician visited at 10.00 am & by 11.00 am product installed (5☆☆☆☆☆ for installation)

Current borewell water TDS- 2050

Kent output TDS- 200

What I've noticed in short time is that taste of filter water is good BUT wastage is quite high, I mean... approx 35 Ltr is wastage water for 8 Ltr tank.

Found some taste issues in water & booked a service executive visit via Kent app & very next day executive visits & found TDS level has gone up to 600 & muds & some other heavy particles has gone into little tiny inlet pipes & suggested to change 3 filters , details are...

1- Inline sediment filter

2- Inline carbon filter

3- POWP-Sediment filter

( pictures included)

Total damages done Rs 1200/-

Now things back to normal & taste has improved.

TDS metre should be there while installing

Make sure while installation the service person brings TDS metre to ensure the water quality. For me he just setup and went. I was suffering from infection then raised a call and tuned the TDS controller.

Aquagaurd is synonym with water purification

We have been using Aquagaurd water purifiers since 1997 , its been 20 years and the water purifier installed in year 2003 is still in use at my home. So naturally when I was looking for a RO purifier my first choice was Aquagaurd. All other brands are new and I did not have much trust on them. After doing lot of research on RO and using my logical sense I selected this product as it was providing all the features of an RO at a incredible price of 9499. I will list down the features of this RO below:

3 MTDS with manual adjustment one can control its TDS ( I have set it on 65 - 70 TDS) , water is very sweet.

4 It completely silent , you will not realize if its running or not and water filling rate is fast enough.

5. It has auto shut

6. Looks beautiful.

I had seen some negative reviews about service and installation, I really had doubt on those reviews as in my 20 years of experience with Aquagaurd they have never disappointed in their service in a small city like Bhagalpur, I those reviews had created a doubt in my mind that Aquagaurd might have drooped thier service quality now. But it was no big surprise to me once the product was delivered the Aquagaurd guys called me very next day and got it installed. No extra cost of installation and no selling of extra product during installation. The guy came , installed , gave demo and went. It was very smooth. Received call from Aquagaurd confirming the installation.

Guys I would suggest go for it, its better tham Livpure and Kent, moreover the brand is the first company in India to provide advanced water purification solutions in India , no one can beat their rich experience. All other have just tried to copy them and have hired stars to promote their product. Remember they have to recover the cost of hiring stars. Aquagard does not need star as its a star in itself.

Good to have n prompt service (please make sure abt water pressure)

Product is good,easy to use.

Auto stop feature is good.

Installation was done in 2days. (Placed installation request on Saturday and technician arrived on Monday (Vasai(w)))

Just one issue is that at Amazon there is no mention about product may need a booster pump which cost around 2200rs,in my case it was need. As It was my first water purifier it would be good if I know prior abt the pump then could have ordered the same as along with the product.

A good product under certain circumstances

1)This is a UV purifier and in a lot of cases, this will suffice. There's no need to go for an exorbitantly priced RO purifier despite Kent trying to market those aggressively.

2)At our house, it draws water from the municipal water supply which is intermittent. This is leading to air getting trapped in the device which then stops working. Make sure it draws water from a tap that has a continuous water supply with sufficient pressure, say, from an overhead tank. This wasn't told to us beforehand.

Terrific Product, Five Stars

First of all a big thanks to Amazon to deliver the Kent MAXX filter well in advance and that too with great price. It has been installed with a Kent pre-filter in my kitchen by Kent service engineer. Installation is very simple and hardly took 30 minutes. It is functioning very well since then. The entire family is very satisfied with the product. It is a suitable product to filter water supplied by Muncipal Corporations having law TDS, < 150.

I had read many negative reviews about the installation but ...

I had read many negative reviews about the installation but at least for me (In Mumbai) it was quite smooth. I didnt even had to call Eureka Forbes, The installation request was processed automatically and the installation guy arrived just the next day of delivery.

Value for money and excellent service support

The product looks classy and very reasonable priced, with UV and UF(Ultra filteration) technology, UV rays kill harmful pathogens and UF as a primary filter for some sediments. The product is great and can be a key feature of your modular kitchen. The service and support was very prompt to get the installation done and good follow up. You can rely on Eureka Forbes.

I will use the product and will contact Eureka Forbes if any issue with the functioning or If TDS parameters are not met with the output water supply. If you have municipality water supply just for a UV and UF water purifier, it does not waste water and you can conserve nature by preserving the potable water. Buy a RO if you have hard water or tubewell water supply.
